"Park Square is the best place if you are moving to Bakersfield. I moved here from NYC few months ago. Apartments are beautiful, modern, contemporary... Staff is great and helpful. They have weekly events like yoga in Sunday's, Saturday sweet treat, Mediterranean night and tons of other events which makes community vibrant n lively. Most of the residents are professional and in 20s -30s. It's in southwest no doubt the best neighborhood in town. Plenty of restaurants n bars around... "
